Terms of Service

Who we are

GrowOS is built and operated by Grow Factory (“we”, “us”). When we say “the service”, we mean the GrowOS platform, the agents and workflows built in it for you, and this website.

What the service is

GrowOS runs AI agents that do work for your business. You describe the work in plain English; we build, connect and run the agents. Agents draft and wait for your approval by default. Autonomous operation is something you switch on per agent, and you decide which tools each agent may touch.

AI output can be wrong. The service is built to keep you in control, and you stay responsible for reviewing work before you rely on it — especially anything sent to your customers or filed with an authority.

Your account

You need an account to use the platform, and what happens under your account is your responsibility, so keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You must be authorised to act for the business you sign up.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to break the law, to send spam, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to probe or disrupt the service itself. If an agent is connected to a third-party app, your use also has to respect that app’s terms.

Your content

Everything you put in stays yours: your discovery answers, your documents, your connected-app data, and the output your agents produce for you. You give us permission to process that content for one purpose — running the service for you. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that your data is not used to train outside models.

Connected apps

When you connect an app, agents act in it with the access you granted and nothing more. You can revoke a connection at any time from the platform, and revoking it stops agents using it.

Fees

What you pay is set out in your proposal or order with us, not hidden in these terms. Unless that document says otherwise, fees are billed as agreed there and do not change with usage.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and we improve it continuously, which means features evolve. If we ever plan a change that removes something your business depends on, we will tell you before it happens.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for losses caused by decisions made on unreviewed AI output, by third-party apps we do not control, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time; your order with us governs any notice period. We can suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken and not put right after we have raised it. When the agreement ends, we return or delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. For changes that matter, we tell account holders directly before they take effect.
